How is Uptick training delivered?

Most Uptick training is delivered virtually via Zoom, and we can record sessions for your team to revisit. Where practical, we also offer on-site Uptick training in Australia (with travel costs quoted upfront) so many clients choose virtual for speed and flexibility.


What’s included in Uptick training

Training is tailored to your workflows and can run one of two ways:

  • Structured: we agree on topics in advance and work through them step-by-step, or

  • Problem-led: you bring your “sticky points” and we resolve them live in Uptick.

Common topics include tracking services and tasks, speeding up defect quotes, improving templates, and reducing time spent scheduling and emailing clients.

For technicians, we recommend Uptick Workforce App training in shorter sessions (often up to 60 minutes) to keep it practical and engaging.
